Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Colir products and subscriptions made through our website. The seller is Colir. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. All refund requests are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and their refund policy.
2. How to request a refund
You can request a refund by:
- Contacting our support at help@colir.space with your order or transaction details (e.g. email used at purchase, approximate date).
- Using the contact or support options provided in the receipt or checkout confirmation email from Paddle.com.
3. Effect of a refund
Upon a refund being approved, your licence and subscription are terminated immediately. Your access to paid features will be revoked. If you wish to use the Service again, you will need to make a new purchase.
4. Processing of refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days.
5. Cancellation of subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. You can cancel through the Paddle buyer portal accessible via the link in your subscription confirmation email, or by contacting us at help@colir.space.
6. EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, as set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. By proceeding with a purchase and accessing the Service immediately, you may be asked to consent to the immediate supply of digital content, which may affect your right of withdrawal.
